The Leroy-Crandall Geotechnical (LCG) Laboratory of the University of Southern California was created in 1994 thanks to a donation of the Leroy-Crandall Company. The Leroy-Crandall Geotechnical Laboratory is supervised by Prof. J. P. Bardet. The laboratory technician is Eric Hernandez. The Leroy-Crandall Geotechnical laboratory is located in the basement of Kaprielian Hall in three adjacent rooms B34, B38, and B40.
B40 is the undergraduate laboratory, B38 is the graduate laboratory, and B34 the research laboratory.
